Anais Anais had a litter of 4 babies on the 29th of April 2003. Three boys and a girl.

Inspired by Pirot's painting and this poem that suits the Devons so aptly we decided to call this litter after famous clowns:

I'm A Clown

I'm a clown... I'm a clown
I will never wear a frown.
My tears I hide
Down deep inside
'Cause I'm a clown...

I'm as happy as a lark
My hurts are hidden in the dark.
I refuse to show my troubles
So I'll just keep blowing bubbles
'Cause I'm a clown...

I laugh and shout and jump around
My feet are never on the ground.
The only time I don't put on a show
Is when my head falls on my pillow

'Cause I'm a clown...

Anais Anais and her litter of Clowns

The girl: A Seal Tortie we call Imoya's Pironette after Pirot's famous painting

Red Bi-Colour Boy: We called him Imoya's Grimaldi after Joseph Grimaldi - "Father of Clowns" (1778-1837)

Red Bi-Colour Boy: We called him Imoya's Fratellini after Albert Fratellini, a famous European Circus Clown. He is responsible for the American auguste and introduced the use of a red nose that is associate with clowning.

Mommy, Mommy, don't cry! I will NEVER do that again!

And a Redpoint boy called Francesco after Francesco Caroli one of the legendary
white faced Caroli clowns

Say OOH and AAH
